My experience using my whole body as a paint brush…

I concentrate on the feeling of the cold, wet paint on my skin, the feeling when I glide over the canvas with my feet until the paint between the canvas and my feet runs out and friction brings my motion to a halt.

I close my eyes and concentrate on the energy that my body is meant to materialize, spinning on my sitz bones, stroking the canvas with my fingers, creating patterns by pushing the paint, letting the weight of my body be held up by the floor beneath the canvas…

Letting go of all inhibitions, expressing what is in my soul…

As I look down, I see my body is a piece of artwork, reminiscent of a tribal ritual. I start to paint my skin and relish in the beauty of the colors that adorn me.

I look from myself to the canvas…I am the canvas…my life is a piece of art…materializing from my inner thoughts, my soul’s direction, into this dynamic, ever changing gust of wind that materializes in front of my eyes every day anew!

Looking at the canvas I feel a surge of tears come paired with a grand smile…Bliss…3 times in one week…I am so grateful!

This experience hat brought me to a state where I am able to express myself without any inhibitions…it feels animalistic, tribal. It feels like a ritual.

The care with which I washed the paint off in the shower was a delightful experience akin to a salt rub. Washing away energies. I felt pure afterwards…purely me, purely in my heart frequency.
