my philosophy

I am a co-founder of the Zurück zu Mir (Rediscovering Me) Programm, Certified Lymphatic Reset™ Specialist, as well as an Engineering Graduate and Certified Professional Educator with 10 years of experience in adult education in the technical field. My own healing journey has changed the course of my life and moved me to use my experiences to support others in their healing process so they can once again live an authentic and vital life.

I searched for the most natural way to heal myself and this journey eventually led me back to myself and I rediscovered my body's innate wisdom and healing power. With the help of the freshly squeezed fruit juices that play an essential and cleansing role in the Lymphatic Reset™, I was able to get the clarity of what I needed to change in my life and see the truth that my life as it was with this concept and how I was living it was simply not desirable. The Lymphatic Reset™ helped me feel my body again and eliminate stored toxins as well as released old stored traumas and emotions in the process.

 

Through the Lymphatic Reset™ coupled with intense inner soul work and Body Matrix work, I was able to make lasting changes in my life and my physical and emotional health. I have changed my negative thought patterns to positive ones and still nourish myself with lots of live plant-based foods and freshly squeezed juices, but I also enjoy occasional soul foods like pizza or even a glass of wine. I live in balance and listen to my needs. Today I feel joy in life every day. I feel I am surrounded by abundance and am greatly supported by the universe. My body radiates energy and vitality again.
